Senator the Honourable Franklin Khan – Minister of Energy and Energy Industries will be leading a delegation to participate in the 19th Ministerial Meeting of the Gas Exporting Companies Forum (GECF) and the International Energy Congress “Russian Energy Week” during the period October 3-7, 2017 in Moscow, Russia. The GECF is considered to be the gas equivalent to OPEC (Organization of Oil Exporting Countries) with its Member Countries accounting for approximately 67% of the world natural gas reserves.
